Home Builders in Minneapolis: House Additions Must Be Done Seamlessly

A house with a large lot can give you and your loved ones a lot of outdoors fun, but can also be the core for future additions. Kelley Beamon reports on a such a case in This Old House magazine, recounting how a home owner, architect Robert Resnett, planned on expanding his house from the get-go. Core Design When Resnett’s home was completed in 1956, it sported a Y-shape, with the family room, two bedrooms, powder room, and a bathroom located on the long arm of the Y. The living room and study were on one short arm and the garage on the other.
