Minneapolis and St. Paul are two cities that have some of the most unique home designs in the Midwest, due in no small part to the skill and creativity of local home builders. When a person walks through Minneapolis, they can see how home design has progressed throughout the decades. For example, if an individual drives down Cedar Ave. and gets close to 35th St. where the legendary Matt’s bar is located, they will see that a lot of the homes are two-story and that each home has a unique feel to it. Even though every single home is different, there are certain characteristics that give the overall neighborhood a unified feel.
